Tameem ad-Daaree radiallaahu `anhu said: The Prophet sallallaahu alayhi wa sallam said (three times): The Deen is naseehah (sincerity and sincere advice). We said: To whom? He said: To Allaah, His Book, His Messenger and to the leaders of the Muslims and the general people. [Related by Imaam Muslim in his Saheeh] Allah has blessed the Mujaahid by allowing him to become from amongst those defending this Ummah & its honor. The following questions raised are in need of deep reflection so one does not slip after being tested with this blessing: If a Mujahid faction does not accept the observations/supervision from the Ummah or any accountability and direction it provides, since: 1- The one giving advice is a free man, he therefore becomes suspect & his whole situation is now questionable because the (tawagheet) tyrants have left him. 2- And the prisoner, his rulings are not accepted because he is restricted from (knowing) the reality 3- Also the one who is outside the arena of jihad, then he is a qaaid (man who is not participating in jihad). He should not be giving any advisory opinions or fataawa for the Mujahid 4- As for the one who is present in the scene/arena, then he has mingled & mixed with contaminated factions who have brain washed him! From who then will this faction hear from? And is its project/campaign really then a project of/for the Ummah?!
