Tammy Elmore Rules of Engagement 1) Every question, post, - TopicsExpress

Tammy Elmore Rules of Engagement 1) Every question, post, and comment must be beneficial to the entire group and must pass this litmus test: a. Is it positive OR neutral? b. Is it encouraging OR educational? c. Would this post/comment be the FIRST thing I would want a new ambassador that I just signed to see? If your post/comment does not meet ALL of the criteria above then PLEASE inbox your sponsor and any other members of your upline that you choose. If something gets posted that the Administrators do NOT feel meets this criteria it will be deleted. It is not personal, but we will manage this team page in a way that it remains positive, uplifting and educational. 2) We pride ourselves in holding ourselves AND our team members to a HIGH ethical standard. Please treat others the way you would want to be treated. a. If you are talking to someone about becoming an ambassador, it is your ethical duty to ask them if they have discussed Plexus with anyone else. If they have then send them back to that person. It is Multi-Level Marketing etiquette for the person who first introduced them to Plexus to benefit from them joining. Ultimately it is the new ambassador’s decision as to who they sign under, but you must do your part to be ethical and honorable. Family relationships may be an exception to this rule. Again, please apply The Golden Rule. b. Please do not pursue ambassadors by saying, signing under me will benefit both of us. There is SOME truth to this, but a level 1 is always a better than a level 2 recruit. 3) The Administrators of this team page are parents and spouses first. We pride ourselves in putting our families first, all while having a successful Plexus business. There are times we will be unavailable, but we will respond as soon as possible. We may miss a “notification” for something that we need to address. In that case, please feel free send us an inbox message. It is also important for you to know about the search engine on this page. There is a magnifying glass in the upper right hand corner. If you have a question, do a keyword search before you post a question on this page. It will pull up EVERY post with the work you are searching for in it. (For example: Is Plexus safe for breast feeding mothers? Keyword search breast feeding and it will pull up every post ever made that discusses this.) It is a great tool and a great way to educate yourself.
