ANSWER: You’re not alone in the challenge of keeping teeth and gums healthy. There are a number of crystals that have traditionally been used in crystal healing for teeth and gums! Some stones used for both teeth and gums are are agate, amazonite, aquamarine, calcite, dolomite, fluorite, howlite, malachite, and spinel. Also, stones that relate to the Throat Chakra, which governs the mouth and teeth, are used: amazonite, angelite, aqua aura, aquamarine, blue calcite, blue lace agate, blue tigers eye, blue topaz, dumortierite (blue quartz), euclase (stimulates), kyanite, lapis, opal, quantum quattro silica, blue smithsonite, sodalite, turquoise. You might also add stones that are considered especially excellent for healing of all types such as quartz crystal, sugilite, and again, turquoise. For instance, a combination like in the pendant on the left with blue kyanite, red spinel and sugilite, along with other stones, might be good. And of course, we mustnt forget to brush our teeth too. :)
