Tangent are currently looking for a FTTX E-NOC Engineer for a 6 month extendable contract based in UAE (Dubai) Job Responsibilities 1. Data configuration for OLT, MDU, U2000 for the migration. 2. In charge as the remote support for FTTH/FTTB migration and resolve the issues during the migration. 3. Trouble shooting for the failure of service provisioning: Self trouble shooting or coordinate with DU IT department for the auto-provisioning failure. 4. Output the daily report to the supervisor. 5. Monitor the device&U2000 alarms and KPI parameters by routine. 6. Output the health check report weekly. 4. Work under pressure. with sense of responsibility. Job Requirement 1.Familiar with the GPON technology, experience with HUAWEI equipment(MA5600T, MDU, U2000) is preferred. 2. Familiar with the IP technology(VLAN, IP, PPPOE, SIP, IGMP etc.) 3. Have basic knowledge of VPN technology. 4. Familiar with UNIX operation system (Solaris OS preferred) 5. Two years FTTH/FTTB main equipment O&M experience, Huawei working experience is preferred.
