We I got to learn that you celebrated your 10th anniversary yesterday, my heart leaped with joy. 10 marks a significant milestone in your life. It is not just another number. It is a number of perfection or completion. to understand what you have spiritually entered into we shall begin from the very beginning. Whenever something is done or said in scripture 10 times it connotes perfection. E.g the phrase God said is written 10 times in Genesis 1, which is a testimony of His creative power. In other words, in these 10 times, what God said came into existence and everything he decreed, he made and everything he made he saw and declared it good. As you look back at the journey, may you not focus on what has not been right, but what God has perfected in you. God has been decreeing and has created a new thing. Yes the old is gone and the new hath come. That is why the number 10 is the start if a whole new order of numbers. Whenever 10 is involved, the value of figures increases. It completes a set of digits and a new era enters. E.g 1-9 are single digits after 10 there are double digits. Before 100 (mark that there is a 10 involved) we go to triple digits. In other words, you are at a turn of a new order. New things will unfold in your life, health, family, finances name it. It is a new dawn. Your help has come, your morning is here. Your years of weeping are over. We now have entered a new era of perfection, completion and order. Is it a coincidence that we are commanded to pay a 10th of our earnings as a tithe? Is it mere luck, that in this are we allowed to test God? This is the perfecting of our faith and trust in him. David says taste and see that the Lord is God. We would have fainted/died had we not believed to see the goodness of our God in the land of the living. When we get to 10, we have attained perfection. The is built into our very anatomy. That is why we have 10 fingers and ten toes. Like each finger is important so is each year you have been through. I am thrilled at the breaking of your dawn. I am thrilled that like Job, the latter part of your days is going to be more blessed than the former. Yes it took 10 plagues for pharaoh to let the children of Israel go! Your condition may feel like the 10 plagues, but now the Lord has dealt finally with your circumstances and you are free, healed, liberated, perfected. Oh yes then sings my soul, my savoir God to thee, HOW GREAT THOU AT. So my beloved, as you embark on your many more lives together, remember this, YOU ARE NOT FORGOTTEN, GOD KNOWS YOUR NAME, HE HAS ENGRAVED YOU IN THE PALM OF HIS HANDS AND YOUR WALLS ARE CONTINUALLY BEFORE HIM. Isaiah 49:16 in the New Living Translation says :See, I have written your name on the palms of my hands. Always in my mind is a picture of Jerusalems walls in ruins. Samson and Christine do not fret, the condition of your walls, your circumstances are ALWAYS in his mind. Andrae Crouch writes a beautiful song THROUGH IT ALL. He writes Ive had many tears and sorrows, Ive had questions for tomorrow, theres been times I didnt know right from wrong. But in every situation, God gave me blessed consulation, that my trials come to only make me strong. Chorus Through it all, through it all, Ive learned to trust in Jesus, Ive learned to trust in God.
