Task # 3. Complete this Fitness Test by Sunday evening. 1km time trial Run/walk. Use GPS, map my run or car odometer to determine distance. If you are injured may be done on Rower Maximum # of reps in 60 seconds: Push Ups Squats (onto bench or chair) Burpees Crunches (slide hands up thighs wrist to knees) Rest as long as you like between exercises. Post your results Ill post a performance guide later in the week.
