Ok guys so I had my last PT session last night and my last weigh in for the year this morning (because lets be honest, mornings are always better ;) ) and Im super pleased to say that it was an epic one to round off the year. Hydration up, muscle mass up, fat mass 2.2% DOWN and I lost another kilo. So heading into Christmas Im feeling good and confident about bending the rules a little and enjoying myself because Ive put the hard work in. I had a goal to reach this year. I wanted to lose 20 kilograms by Christmas. Im very proud to say Ive lost 18.4 kilograms in total so far and being 1.6 kilograms off my goal isnt too bad at all. Im happy to stay here for now. Im heading home in a few days and its important to remember to enjoy life and food for that matter so my goal over the Christmas period is to just maintain my current weight. Try to set yourself a goal over the festive season and at the end of the day if I gain kilo or two it doesnt matter because when I get back Ill be able to shift it again easily and set a new goal for next year. Gaining is not the end of the world and its Christmas for God sake. Who wants to be counting calories on holiday? Haha Ill be keeping you posted over my holiday, maybe not as frequently but hopefully I can give some ideas as to how to stay motivated on holiday and outside of your comfort/routine zone so stay tuned. Oh and I finally got to finish off the full clean yesterday! So excited for next year to get back into it, perfect my technique and lift like a girl!
