Te Tana Tawha opens his letter from the First Presidency of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints signed by the prophet of God, President Monson. He called his sister, Estella Tawha and his brother, Haimona Tawha (missed Haimona sadly but grateful for videos) so they could join via video calling... Isnt technology amazing! He was surrounded by his family and friends, James Reneti, Jenny Bryers Reneti, Estella Tawha, Tiahomairangi and Samuel(via video calling), Mirna Farias, and Valentina Alvarez Farías (thank you for arriving so fast) as witnesses of this historic event... (We could not contact Haimona Tawha III and Jazz Elkington in Australia in time sadly - but this video is especially for you guys) (He was going to wait until his birthday lunch on Saturday... That was never going to be a good idea!) Te Tana Tawha was called to the Australia Melbourne Mission from 18th December 2014 - an early birthday present for his big sister! He has worked very hard to get ready - 7 weeks to go son! Ka pai e tama, i to mahi ki te mau te ara tika... Kia kaha, kia maia, kia manawanui... Mau tono i roto i te pono i te tika i te wairua hoki... He aha te mea nui o te Ao? Maku i ki atu - He Tangata! He Tangata! He Tangata! Next step - to the New Zealand Temple at the end of November, then the Missionary Training Centre in Auckland, New Zealand on the 18th December 2014...
