Teacher ! One of the old saying Mother, Father, Teacher and then only God Even though it is old, it is gold! Because a Mother feeds love to the child , A father gives the child his basic needs, A teacher shows the child the path to the life.. Then only he can attain the God or godliness ! (It is according to your own belief ) But do you think the present day teachers are doing that? Or our education does this? Does they show the path to Learn what is life? Does the teachers were taught by good teachers? I would say NO to all these questions! Only very few teachers want to give children the love, the wisdom, The freedom . Most others simply consider teaching as a profession as a job yielding money! I am not saying Teachers should not be paid for what they do! I am saying they should not do teach only for the pay! There is a big difference in this! Ancient Gurukula systems ! Every teachers are masters! They know themselves first! Now Our teachers are workers! The dont know themselves! One who doesnt know about himself/herself how can he/she can teach others? Do you think ABCD, 123, Gandhiji, Hibiscus, Anatomy of a frog are the only lessons that children need to learn? You know what that is why Our whole world is completely materialistic! The train children to survive in the planet! They dont help them live! To be naked They kill each and every kid by this education system When you look back 5000 years back! The children at first will learn life, arts and science. In whatever they are interested, they choose their professions after education. The significant point is they teach life to children Only if you learn life you can live completely! Lets come back to the present! Children now study arts and science! Whatever job they get, they simply work! Even parents doesnt want their children to attain their dreams .. The want the children just to survive and die! So they just survive and do some jobs! If you notice everyones life ..there are miseries! Do you know why? Because they are not taught about the life! Then how can you expect everyone to be compassionate? To be loving? to be friendly? They will survive some how ..they will be selfish! They will not look after each other.. This will create chaos ..this is what happening now! See i dont talk about love or compassion in this planet! Because i see it no where! Why i am talking here is? You dont teach them life .. But you go on asking them to Pray and preaching them love is god or be a slave to god.. You are not saying the truth to the children! You give them ways to survive and you preach them love or holiness! How can they digest it? Every religions Philosophy says Love is real and the wealth is shadow But what reality is Wealth became real and love became the shadow People love the wealth ...Leave the love ! Love comes after money! Will they be confused? Yes they will! One thing is you dont preach them Love or god ...you just tell them the world is materialistic! In this way they can just live like a vegetable! But your whole education for almost 17 years they study to survive! and you also say Love is real ! How can they be happy? This will definitely bring chaos to them! right? I know not everybody on this planet becomes so loving and so caring! This existence itself lives on Polarity and contradictions! But Trying what life is ! we can just try to make our education system! How to make a change? You cannot follow the primitive gurukula system here .. And you must not follow the new education system also .. Both will have their effect .. Because if the old was at its best ..i should have been pertinent .. But it vanished .. And the new one is also poisonous and deadly .. There is no Life in this education system! So we need to take something from the old and something from the new .. and we must form an array! There is a possibility of forming a perfect education system ! This will happen ..because one day ..every human will become a psychopath! We dont know our self .. one day this ignorance will kill us! We are evolving... our brain is getting the capacity to reason on everything! But brain cannot do everything .. it is logical! It can only ask questions .. If there are no good masters! where will everybody get the answers ? About teaching .. I can write a lot more than this .. But let me conclude with a valid point .. Government should be taking much care in teachers selection .. Even they are primary school teacher .. They should have some experience .. Not in teaching ...in Life .. They should be a hypocrite .. they should be wise! They should not be a teacher ..they should be a master! Plato, Socrates, Aristotle, Even Buddha they were all masters! The first university in the whole wide world started by Plato.. He is a student of Socrates! They never did these things as a job! they are much wiser! I am not asying this! your history says this! Every children life is so sensitive .. our whole life is based on our thoughts.. you become what you think - Gautama the Buddha! Where does the thoughts evolve from? Mind! When does the Mind starts growing? From the childhood! What is the root cause of all our problems? Our thoughts and emotions Where is the root of the mind? Childhood Yes, a mind starts developing from the childhood.. The root of a plant is so sensitive ... so the root should be taken care of! So the farmers i mean the teachers should be potential to make the root of the mind so clear! How much sensitive a child life is .. such sensitive the government should be in choosing the teachers I will say without any hesitation If you are a teacher and you are doing this as a job ..resign it now itself And I prefer Every Teachers should be chosen after psycho analysis Lot of teachers are so much rugged .. the are so harsh! i felt this in my own life! They show their personal life emotions over children! And there are lots of child molestation happening! I respect good teachers ... But i see the bad teachers like a devil!
