Teacher : School prepares you for life and work False : In life and work if you dont know the answer to something or how to do it you can ask a fellow employee, supervisor and/or look it up on the internet. You are not exiled to a desk where you may not speak a work to anyone all day. If youre supervisor(teacher) is abusing their authority and/or being a dictator you may go to your boss and report them via filing a complaint or something, in which case the supervisor(teacher) is not automatically the one the boss(principal) takes sides with and assumes is telling the truth unless it is their friend/youre an ass. You get paid to work for the time youre at work, unlike school. If you are unhappy with your job you can seek employment elsewhere.
