Team MAD Update : Chak De - 3 Old Age Home Project A Full day of Entertainment, Antakshari, dance performance by kids, food n fun. Date : March 23, Sunday ( Date is changed due to Holi on 16th) Time : 9 am- 5 pm ( Volunteers are requested to be available from 7:30 am till 6 pm) Venue : Shri Madhavanand Ashram, Sughad Gam, Koba Circle, Gandhinagar. Outline : 8am-9 am : Elderly will reach at venue and enjoy fresh break fast 9 am - 1 pm : Different performances by volunteers, Antakshari. 1 pm - 2:30 pm : Lunch 2:30 pm -4:30 pm : Performances, quiz and music 4:30 pm - 5:00 pm : Tea/Coffee 5:00 pm : Departure from venue in buses back to their old age home. We have 4 different old age home that we have selected from Ahmedabad : Naranpura ( 100), Chandranagar-Paldi (35), Income Tax ( 15 ) & Kali gam ( 10 ). Total 160 approx elderly folks. I request all to note the change in date. I invite all of us to bring our kids and elderly family members to spend time with elderly folks who have given so much to us, its time to give them back...Lets gift them a fabulous day full of fun, joy and compassion. Please inform Rajvi (97129 50780) or Me ( 97277 50780) of how many of you are joining such that we can make the food arrangements for all. I am counting on each of our Team MAD volunteers to participate in this and also share with more people to join. I am also looking at causing donations to fulfill the expenses of this event.
