Team Oasis News From Spain... Well done to Miss Gill & Luke... Just twenty more kilometres to push that wheelchair... This as been a lot tougher than expected for those two guys... Even the slightest of hills feels like a mountain in this heat...Mornings are hot, daytimes are roasting and evenings are hot... In brief there is no escape from the heat... Fairplay to you.. Really pleased that Miss Angie and Miss Jeanette have been continuing our penny box planting and harvesting... We will be investing in more new penny boxes next week. Miss Jeanette will be our principle Teamo Driver having now completed the Team Oasis Mini Bus Driving Proficiency Training....Driving the minibus is totally voluntary and so my gratitude goes out to Miss Jeanette Johnson for completing the training and taking on this voluntary role... Her duties will ultimately include all after school club driving, day trip driving, holiday driving, collection and delivery of goods driving and any other associated minibus driving.. This will free me up for lots more admin and governance adherence duties... Miss Angie Friday and Miss Jeanette have forged a good relationship through registration.. I am so grateful to Miss Angie fo organising and structuring our Registration. Miss Angie is also a qualified playworker.. I would be delighted if Miss Angie could maintain and manage our Registration role, manage and deliver our bag packing events, manage and deliver our penny box planting and harvesting work, develop both our internal and external after school groups and other associated playwork... Also Miss Andrea has proven herself to be a competent and dedicated volunteer, even going to the lenghts of arranging bag packs on our behalf.. So it goes without saying that I would hope to develop Miss Andrea Millers role within our little charity working alongside Miss Angie, Miss Jeanette and the rest of the team... We have a long way to go, a lot to do, lots more people to thank and we will need your continued help. I just thought that it was appropriate to thank these three guys at this moment and hopefully clearly show our gratitude, respect and our strategy where Angie, Jeanette and Andrea are concerned... Roll on 26th Oct...
