Tech-24 Employee of the month for May...... Darci Basnight, accounts receivable. We often forget that the behind thescenes work is just as important in customer retention.Darci cares about the customer and the Tech 24 name. Thanks for all you do.Darci has only worked at Tech–24 for about 6 months but, has proven to be an asset to the Tech- 24 team. Darci is part of the Accounts Receivable department and sits in the Tidewater office. I can hear her speaking with customers calling in to inquire about their invoices. She exhibits patience, respect and compassion with each and every customer she speaks with. She has a calm demeanor that is perfect when dealing with possible difficult situations. She interacts positively with all Tech-24 managers to resolve the problems she encounters. She has also had a positive impact on the Tidewater Branch. Working together we have made some changes in our system of taking service calls and billing to make sure our invoices are correct when sent. After seeing her go to other desks in the office to answer a ringing phone, she has been added to the Tidewater service line. Taking service calls has been added to her list of duties. She has also been helping with uploading third party invoices on line and posting invoices. At the end of the month she was given the task of adding all new customers to the system for the entire company so thateveryone else could concentrate on billing. She also volunteered to key verbiage for Tidewater. I cant count the times she has asked, What can I do to help you?.Tidewater is fortunate to have her sitting in our office. Way to Go Darci!!
