Ted Lott • Found Objects, Incorporated • August 3 — 9 • This class will focus on the imaginative re-use and incorporation of found objects into functional pieces of furniture and other useful objects. Students will use traditional and modern techniques of woodworking and furniture construction in combination with existing wooden objects. Combining fresh lumber with objects that have their own character, history, and patina, we will give these items new life, meaning, and visual impact, while diverting items away from the waste stream.
