Tee hee... I had a little fun today at the gym. Didnt have much time cause I had a client to go to and had to give myself 20 mins drive time to get to her home. Whats cool is Ive been training 2 of my clients today for 4 years!!! Its really cool to be part of their lives. Ive seen them struggle, hurt, push, succeed, and also fail. But dust themselves off and do it again. Anyways I wanted to play today. So I did some burpee handstands. . It was so much fun. I had to get a hang of the transition but when I did I was loving it. Then I am enjoying the push pull workout. Get your self in a plank do a few pushups and then drag a weight back n forth 5 times. Here I have a 25lb weighted plate. Try to keep your hips from swaying and keep a wide stance. I also lifted one leg for a more advance move.. wooooooweeeee... it was good stuff. Then of course in my warm up I was feeling strong and went ahead and added a running man.. ;) Ive been told by some of my clients this week that Ive been out of my mind. Ive finally lost it. Guess thats a good thing.. huh?? Give the handstand burpees a try.. if you do tag me. Then you can join my lost your mind party. ;) Rock Fitness Friday Fun 45 seconds Handstand Burpees 90 seconds Push n pull 3 pushups then pull weight 5 times 3 pushups the other side. Repeat 3 to 5 times
