Teen Azkals competes in Brunei Aug. 9-23 By Robert Maico ANTIPOLO City, Rizal Aug 6 (PNA) - Teen Azkals national team just came from Singapore for their training with Jeff Cheng as their new team manager, and are getting ready for Hassanal Bolkiah Cup 2014 on August 9-23, 2014 in Brunei. The send-off party was held for the team at Onea Event Center on Sumulong Highway, Antipolo City, Rizal last Sunday, Aug. 3, attended by members of the media and sponsored by Mr. Alvin Carranza, Assistant Team Manager. Engr. Grace Bondad Nicolas, emcee for the night, facilitated the presentation of the official members who will compete for the Bolkiah Cup Trophy with the coordination of the teams coordinator Coach Chito Manuel. Jim Fraser, the Australian head coach of the team makes sure that the boys will bag the trophy because of their skills & determination to win following an intense training with the help of Coach Leigh Gunn, Coach Noel Marcaida and Coach Marlon Piñero.
