Teens who like to read and then talk about it are invited to join the monthly Speak Up! Book Club for a discussion of Blink & Caution by Tim Wynne-Jones in which two Toronto street kids get caught up in the increasingly strange alleged kidnapping of a mining company CEO. Speak Up! Book Club Meeting 4-5 p.m. Tuesday, October 22 in Teen Scene Middle and high school-aged youth are invited to weigh in and share their thoughts about some great books. Everyone generally reads the book in advance, then gets together to talk about it. Copies of the next book are available at the Teen Scene Desk.
