Telangan Issue - DEAR CITIZENS....."PLEASE SEND THE BELOW PETITION TO ALL MAIL ADDRESSES MENTIONED AT THE END OF THIS POST"Subject : PETITION FOR PUBLIC REFERENDUMRespected Sir/Madam,As an ordinary person I would like to bring my voice about the separate state hood demands and fights happening in India and especially in Andhra Pradesh where there is a big conflict between both unity & bifurcation demands.Today, we have been hearing from politicians and agitators of different regions (Telangana, Andhra & Rayalaseema) of Andhra Pradesh state that majority of the state population or specific region population are demanding either unity or bifurcation with their own statistics announced in the media.But coming to ground reality till date no legal referendum had been conducted either by government of India or by any legal & credible source which had covered majority of the state population.Allowing a bifurcation in this situation would give a chance to other smaller state demands like Goorkaland, Vidarbha, Bodoland and even issues like Kalistan & Kasmir etc., which would end in the instability of our national integrity.I felt very sad to see the multiple agitations incurring public life disturbances in Andhra Pradesh from long time instead of taking the consent of common man. So I suggest the below formalities for the bifurcaton of Andhra Pradesh.I request your humble support to solve this burning issue at the earliest. Lets bring it to the public about the proposed solution and save our national integrity.Phase 1 - Conduct secret voting for Telangana MLA, MP and ZP chairpersons. If 75% agree go for phase 2, if 100%, go for phase 3.Phase 2- Conduct elections for other part MLA, MP and ZP chair persons. 25% has to agree for division.Phase 3- Conduct public voting for entire state. 75% of Telangana people and 25% of other region people has to agree.The Rationale behind this ethical formula.As for 2012 population figures ( taken form wiki)T population 35,286,757 ---- 75% of T population 26465067.75Seemandhra population 49,378,776 -------25 % is 12344694Total votes to poll for T division 38809761.75which is equal to 45% of total population.The figures should be project to current day population in Andhra Pradesh.Please share this post and like it if you like the formula.I am not asking 50% population support so its ethical formula.This can be discussed and share to public to cool down the emotions. Percentages and other numbers can be adjusted accordingly.Note 1 - The Percentages mentioned above would be the best & more justified for any common man.Note 2: The result should be valid for next 10 years. Any bifurcation demands within 10 years of last public referendum should be declared as unconstitutional.Note 3: The region which is dividing should have at least 8 to 10 MP seats. (i.e a reasonable size).Thanks for your kind consideration.
