Primary duties are to provide maximum customer satisfaction by answering the telephone in a quick and professional manner, log messages accurately and direct calls to the correct persons. To accurately capture data of Medical Claims as well as information into a customer management program. Minimum requirements for this vacancy is Matric, at least one year experience in a similar position, must be computer literate (MS Excel and Word) and must have billing experience on Medical Practice Management Software.
