Temple End Veterinary Surgery - Marlow Bottom has received a fantastic 5 star review. Excellent service and a very happy dog .... I have no hesitation in recommending the team at Temple End. I visited them to seek a second opinion on a lump that had appeared by my dogs eye. My dog Gamble usually trembles and bolts back for the car when I normally take him to the vets, but this time he practically helped himself in, the lady at reception offered him some treats and the overall atmosphere was very welcoming. Tim, the main vet was equally as welcoming and I liked his tactics of sitting down and allowing time for Gamble to get used to him and his surroundings before he inspected the lump. Overall Tims advice and recommendation was similar to that of the other vets on fairness, but it was the air of confidence he gave about the prognosis and procedure, that made me decide to proceed with them - especially also as Tim confirmed that he could personally carry out the operation the following morning. All in all Gamble was very well looked after and Tim had done such an excellent job of removing the lump and stitching that you would not have even known G had had the op. So much so that we didnt have to use the dreaded lampshade as the stitches didnt bother him at all. We received several calls following the operation to check how he was doing and also for the results on the biopsy, which Im pleased to say was positive news. The follow up appointment was free of charge and they also helped with processing our Insurance Claim. All in all, a very good experience for something that ordinarily is not a very good experience to go through! I would highly recommend Tim and his team.
