Save your sheet from dirt sweat and water the may comes from your body and even form environmental factors. 4. At First write your First name in first block, middle name in second block and last name is third block at the top of your sheet in Capital English alphabet. 5. Then follow each characters just downward and render/fill this in correct alphabet. 6. Write your Roll Number in proper block with Roman number eg. 55504 (not ५५५०४) and render these digit downward accordingly. 7. There is an option named extra number (थप अङ्क). In the next block at the middle of the sheet you need to fill your vacancy number, roll number your name, address etc in Devanagari Script (Nepali Language) (विज्ञापन नम्बर, नाम, रोल नम्बर, ठेगाना नेपालीमा लेख्ने) and sign there. 10.
