Ten women, some of whom had never met each other, except on the internet, decided it was time to make a difference in the lives of others. As a group, they decided to do a Mega Spay/Neuter on a small island by the name of Antigua & Barbuda. Without the benefit of any major corporate sponsorship, they managed to obtain all the medications, supplies, plane tickets, accommodations and government permits to make a May 1st Mega Spay/Neuter project a reality. From an idea to reality has taken four short months. While there have been some logistical and financial challenges along the way, never underestimate the power to overcome issues when a group of women get together to make a difference. With other projects being planned in Belize, Jamaica and other islands we would like to invite you to join and support their taking a stand and giving a voice to the voiceless.
