From this canal East the entire area needs to be covered with an impermeable surface, probably bitumen to prevent rain water getting into the ground. Will they do this? No, they will persevere with the ridiculous Ice Wall, which will never work and is being used as a justification for restarting their Nuclear Plants to supply it power.
