Terrific Tuesday is here! I hope everyone is well. For those of us in Canada who celebrated our Thanksgiving you may be feeling bloated and full from your holiday weekend. If you think skipping meals today is a good idea to reset yourself, think again. Here are some tips to help you get back on track today and set yourself up for a productive week! Dont throw in the towel because it is already Tuesday and you blew it this weekend. That all or nothing thinking doesnt work. This is a journey. This journey will have bumps in the road. Learn from the bumps and immediately push forward. I took my photos yesterday and four weeks into the Slim Down Challenge. All I can say is Wow. These photos show changes in my body all over and I found the pictures far more motivating than the scale and measurements! I still have a long way to go but I cant say enough about taking your pictures. You dont have to share with anyone. Four weeks. Thats all it has taken me to change my body. Imagine what you can accomplish in 8 weeks...12 weeks...I am now looking at Christmas and thinking about how I want to look and more importantly feel. How do you want to look and feel? What do you want for yourself and your health? Remember we all have barriers. We all have things that challenge us and attempt to throw us off our wellness course. It is how we work through these challenges that makes a difference. Lets get set and start today to be our best selves in our wellness journey!
