Terrific day at the Tmax Martial Arts Expo yesterday. Attended seminars with Chris Denwood, Mick Tully (serious stuff but fun) and the legendary Master Ken (comedy stuff and very funny) who awarded Karen a badge for acting out her spirit animal aggression and demoted us both to Street Lethal White Belt. We also saw demonstrations by the Shaolin monks, Krav Maga group, Kung Fu, samurai sword technique, Brazilian Ju Jitsu and loads more (even Gok Wan was there)! A great day amongst friendly folk.
