Terrific news: Next spring, were going to have a big weekend-long celebration in Ann Arbor in honor of NELPs 40th anniversary! Think: Friday night CONTRADANCE (maybe in an old Ann Arbor barn!), Saturday a big reading on campus from a NELP-related author (or MORE than one!) in a beautiful university hall, and also--dinner with many generations of NELPers, panels and discussions on topics of special interest to former NELP alum, and maybe even a Common Writing and a Journal Group meeting... APRIL 17-19, 2015. Plans are still in process, obviously, but the date is set. PUT IT ON YOUR CALENDAR!
