First of all, this guy wasnt linked to terrorism, he was a nutcase who shouldnt have been walking the streets. Secondly why dont we try for once, instead of bombing the shit out of foreign countries and raping all their natural resources (which is what war is really about by the way), providing extensive aid, food, medical supplies to the impoverished and empowering the people to govern themselves, without some flawed idea of democracy from a foreign power that has no interest in such a word and just wants to give the illusion of freedom to the masses. We will not be better off with more security or stricter laws, for the simple reason that oppression can only breed more hate. End rant.
