What helped make the experience as comfortable as possible was the fact that I could ask questions at any time and they wouldn’t proceed until I was 100% comfortable. My experience with conscious sedation was great! I was nervous but slept most of the time. I would definitely recommend the “mini-incision” technique to other men. The procedure room was clean, nice and well put together. My experience with the hotel visit was great. Dr. Kuang came to our hotel that night because he was leaving out of town. He came and chatted with us. Gave us advice on what to do in New Mexico the next couple of days and gave us his cell number. On the day of surgery my husband was walking around, wasn’t nearly as bad as he thought. I kept lots of ice on the area. For me, the wife Dr. Kuang’s staff was reliable with the phone calls throughout the whole procedure that made me feel so relieved. I knew what was going on the whole time. For my husband they were really available if I had any questions. They were more than helpful and personable. We have never seen an office like this before.
