Testimony and Evidence against AGW and Climate Change. The scare of a doomsday event has been going on for some time. Various headline capturing efforts have happened including a blatantly false 97% claim for scientists. If in fact the Earth was heating up an average of 2 degrees celsius the effects would on the whole a positive outcome with new crop lands, larger crop sizes per acre, and more habitable terrain for various species. However for eighteen years there has been a statistical non-growth of heat. We see ups and downs but the overall trend has been for no gains in heat over the assigned median. Now there are those who attempt to claim there is indeed heat gains, they even make headlines such as hottest months ever. They are using a system called Homogenization to reach these results. Homogenization is the act of producing expected weather conditions at a given location where there is not in fact a weather station. They use weather stations as far as several hundred miles away to determine the weather at these locations. Now my work is demonstrating that this faked weather station is an arbitary assigned location designed to make the appearance of heat. My ongoing study is studying Micro and Macro temperature trends over indexed locations. In more laymans language I am showing temperature variables over one mile increments. The study is already demonstrating that the differences in 1 mile segments, 5 mile segments, and 20 mile segments can be significant. My research is demonstrating that these fake stations are being arbitarily assigned to produce the maximum possible heat for these stations and that real life conditions can vary by as much as 10 degrees farenheit in a 5 mile span. Another aspect some are trying is to say the Oceans are capturing the heat. However the ARGUS system of robotic bouys (they dive down and up recording temperatures as they go) has proven there is no heat being sequestered in the Oceans. Again in short there is no heat growth. Further deeper analysis shows a temperature decline per the study done by Mr. Watts regarding the placement of weather stations And encroaching human activities. There will be wild claims about acidification, about physics, about models, and so forth. However real world observations do not match the Hypothesis at all. Therefore if there are other claims they are not part of a heat inducing claim. However cursory examination of those claims shows white papers which show entirely different effects, causes, and results than these claims. It would appear these secondary claims are entirely based to defend the false claim of CO2 causing unaffordable heating. As a scientist I also am forced to point out if humans stopped all production of CO2, including that from our own lungs, we could not stop the current trend of more CO2. This significant fact means that if there is a problem then we need a different solution than CO2 reduction and this plan will likely require we increase use of fossil fuels to provide the needed power for the plan. However I can tell you this is a fraud. Much like a pyramid scheme where people became trapped after finding out it was a scam many have been made dupes while some went to extreme efforts to profit from it before it could collapse. This fraud has been perpetuated by academics who cannot get large grants unless there is a crisis, by politicians who seek to act like they are doing something big for everyone, by profiteers who stand to make millions to bllions off the scheme to those who want a far smaller human population. These various groups will continue against the evidence because they have nothing if they do not continue the push. In fact solar and wind has been proven to be uneconomical without no taxes AND government subsidies. Efforts to find magic bullets in battery or solar technologies has yeilded lots of talk but no big leaps. Simply put technological advances such as my invention are rare in the extreme even with record spending levels. Efforts to claim the billions in spending will spur new development also falls flat on its face with reality. New commercial windmills are not much more advanced than old commercial windmills. Solar is still not reaching the hype people have put into it. Some will say that we need these technologies due to Peak Oil. This belies USGS information which demonstrates that oil, coal, natural gas, methane derivities, and other fossil fuels can suppy us for more than 2,000 years. Add Nuclear power to this list and we could exceed 10,000 years. There is no urgency requiring us to spend billions. I expect the fraud to continue until the first few arrests and convictions. Then like shattering glass most will run for the exits claiming they were duped. Unfortunately this will result in a large number of the scientists involved to go to jail for the remainder of their natural lives. Science will be damaged for these liars efforts and there is naught that can be done to stop this result. My only wish is that some profit mongers and politicians also end up serving behind bars.
