..the provincial government upon instruction by the governor is implementing CURFEW in the province..this is to answer some threat on the security of the people of southern leyte..there are unconfirmed reports of robbery and other crimes by unidentified persons coming from other provinces or somewhere else who are taking advantage of the present situation...in padre burgos, we are on CURFEW from 10:00 PM to 5:00 AM starting last night..this is only temporary depending on the current general situation in our area..region 8 to name the provinces of samar, leyte, southern leyte and biliran is still under the STATE OF EMERGENCY until this time..lifting this order by the PRESIDENT is still not known..i am advising all our constituents to please follow the policy/rules of CURFEW to avoid problems..i am also requesting our constituents not worry about shortage of supplies on gasoline and basic commodities..we are closely monitoring the situation..the national, provincial and local governments are adopting measures to respond anytime we experience shortages of supplies..may i also request everyone to please continue PRAYING...daghang salamat..GOD BLESS US ALL...
