Testing week 2.... 235# back squat!!!!! Thats a 25# pr!! Its not about the muscles, its not about losing weight. This shit is my therapy, my motivation. Because of cross fit i eat better, i resist the urge for the negative that we all fall into. It makes me a better person. A better woman and example to my son. These photos are a perfect example of the fight, the struggle. Proof im not giving up. #Boom
