Testosterone athletic strength and conditioning day!! 10 x 20 yard sled pushes at 450 lbs 10 push ups every 10 yards Total of 200 yard sled pushes and 200 push ups. We will finish with some scap retraction and shoulder repositioning drills. We consider this a mental toughness day. As the body feels fatigue our athletes mind needs to kick in...we are relentless. We are strong. We are more than capable. AND We will rise!
