Thank God for sri lankans for banning animal sarifice whihc egyptian pharos stoppedover 2000 years ago as they worshipped God amun ,animal God and stopped the loal jewish practice of animal sacrifce when bablylonians had attacked the community and they had fled jeruslam and made a home in elephentine island in egypt.indeed,the egyptian priest who followed thier God Amun,an animal God were furious and put a stop to it as per BBc jewish broadcaster simon sacha history of jew on bbc tv programme.hence,why has it taken so long the srilankan government and nepalese governments not to ban animal sacrifice in 3rd millenium?when will they cathch up as rome also banned animal sacrifices many centuaries ago.in nepal over 250,000 animals are sacrificed in gandhimai religious festival.why cant united nations pass a treaty baning animal sacriifce througout the world.as a noble and humane and civilised act.to bring humanity in third enlightened millenium.
