Thank God for the past year! On many days, and in many ways, it was a really good one! Certainly, our lives were blessed in some way! That is not to say everything was rosey and cheesey. Here in Japan, with the current Japanese leadership unwilling to dismantle its nuclear powerplants and thus leaving this latitude at risk for fallout in another earthquake, and even starting to turn the risky ones back on now (even with an older, very popular former Prime Minister Koizimi of the same party severely reprimanding them for not following the sentiment of the masses and dismantling them all), North Korea flailing its newfound nuclear sword and even taking diplomatic steps for war (due to its nuclear industrys international wing being shut down essentially by the US and China), solar CMEs and flares looming in the minds of some of Americas best, and Americans digging in and fortifying themselves against it with sandbags, we must pray for the up and coming year. What great things 2014 bring to us? I am an optomist, though I research and prepare for the worst as a hobby. What will we behold of Gods goodness next year? What shall we behold of Him? In Gods eyes, you have a very real and important part to play in the unveiling of His next year! So in the very least -- onwards and upwards in all manners and matters of prayer!!
