Thank God the week has arrived. Not that its cadre week for me where I get the privilege of training 40 cadets into a rigorous competition of drill, uniform wear, book and PT tests placing them in their class ranks, nor is it that its one week away from school starting, but more so that I dont have to hear from Kate Laing ... Mom, remember we have plans every time some invite comes up. Poor girl thinks I will forget that shes got a week of slumber partying to do with her best gal pal since she was 3 years old and is convinced I will forget or make alternate plans ruining the party she has demanded for 4 months. LOL! Yes ... let the silence finally begin. Uhm ... I have no idea why she thinks Im so absent minded but nonetheless her efforts have paid off because she has reminded me 500 times this month alone. Hey everybody, Naomi is coming over!
