Tip number 1....We ate 5 times a day, every three hours. meal one protein, carb, fat,..... meal2-4 protein, carb , veggies, ....meal 5 protein, veggies. Examples of what I like to eat : ) Carbs can be ezkiel bread, corn tortillas, brown rice , sweet potatoes , red potataoes, popcorn, fruit, ect.... Veggies, green beans, asparagus, spinach, leeks, cauliflower, snap peas salads, kale, acorn squash ect...... Protein, chicken, greek yogurt, turkey, fish, shrimp, lean beef, cheese sticks, protein shakes ect....
