Thank You for Resolution. Today, Daniela comes and gets the house spic and span for Monday when I start to undergo the chemotherapies for eight days. Chulani comes and does some shopping for us. Once again, people are here and helping. Tomorrow, Nancy Haines, my nephew Harry and his wife Leslie and daughter Cassidy are coming to visit. Harry lives 3 hours away and we are thrilled that he will now have come twice to visit! I keep thinking about Monday and the chemotherapy. I suddenly realize, wait! Give it up and over! You went through it before, youll get through it fine! We are all tempted at times to be a bit “apprehensive” about some things we must go through. But long ago, I learned that when we are “apprehensive” about any particular issue, we must do it. I laugh as I remember that I was apprehensive (to put it mildly) about driving into Manhattan from White Plains. So I got in the car and did it. Sort of a life-long practice. If I fear something – I go do it. Is it always pleasant? No. Is it doable? Yes! And so, Monday, too, will become another “I did it!” in history! Thank You for Resolution.
