Thank you Kathy H for this awesome Google review! This place is much more than your average gym. From the moment you stop at the front desk until you leave, every one that works there is so friendly and supportive. The fitness classes are very effective, the trainers show care and concern for all. Definitely take advantage of them all. The ladies locker room has a sauna and a relaxation room. Its so comforting, you dont have to hide or be uncomfortable. Metro fitness has a program they offer 4 times a year, Metro42. ..you work out with a group and get nutrition information, advice and support for 6 weeks and can easily lose 20 pounds. If you follow their guidelines and workout its not as hard as you think it could be, because you have so much support from everyone; your group, your trainers and the owner Randy. If you get a chance go visit. Meeting Randy and his staff will make you feel genuinely welcomed.
