Thank you Rocky Cisneros of Running Wise for another informative seminar this evening. Dont spill the bucket! (You had to be there, or read the Running Times article.) Believe in the power of bridges! Rocky got me started on them several months ago, and I was almost always engaging my hamstrings and theyd cramp. Now I can isolate my glutes. Success!!
