Thank you Steve for being the voice of reason. Not all APD cops are bad nor are all people bad. We as citizens need to understand that there some situations that warrant action and they have a job to do. With that said there are also citizens that have mental health issues and are in and out of the system. It becomes a cat & mouse game.. we cant institutionalize all of the mental health clients so now they fall between the cracks. How is this APD problem? We as citizens are quick to pass judgements maybe we should be part of solution and not the problem. What would you do if you were in their shoes. I am not saying that their isnt a elephant in the room. But not all cops are bad and yes they are held to a higher standards and they are trained for these situations. So what is the solution...what are we doing wrong?
