Thank you all for all the prayers for our daughter Kristen. Here is a update as of this evening. The doctors have changed one of her antibiotics to one that attacks the organisms in the infection. She has a abscess at the base of her colon, thank goodness for pain medication. Her gastro surgeon and digestive physician are doing everything they can to avoid surgery. She did walk today and which is great! She is not allowed to eat or drink anything....just ice chips. Her spirits are good and she felt better today. She will be in the hospital for a week or more until the infection is gone. Thank you all again for the prayers, phone calls, visits and well wishes! It means so much to all of us!
