Thank you all for the birthday wishes. I would have to say this b day has been far from outstanding. As most have seen my sister passed away yesterday. I spent today helping my nephews with the things they needed to square away. At 5pm today i was informed Makaelyn has surgery tomorrow at 12. I am a strong soul and i know that the world doesnt revolve around me...but i do ask everyone to keep me on your mind when you say your prayers tonight. I cant take much more news like this.
