Thank you all for the kind words, thoughts, & prayers. I am so happy for Granny Barbara this morning. Shes got a new body & can walk. Shes got new lungs & can breathe without struggling. Over the last week shes told us countless times she wanted to leave this earth. Just Wednesday she said Emily, Im not going through all this, I just want God to take me. As days went by I saw her slowly heading toward her Heavenly home, although we all kept trying to get her spirits up...she was already on her way. Amazing to think what it was like last night, she probably went running through those gates. My heart hurts for our family, especially Kris. Lord knows she had his ❤️ & I knew Id never be able to compete with that and wouldnt try. She loved him when he was unlovable & saw good in him when no one else did. She was his mama, his everything. Im so thankful she saw him turn his life around. Now our family needs healing & to repair and heal. We need to continue her legacy of unconditional love. Barbara, I will take care of your boy & we will see you on the other side. Give my Papa & Grandma a hug and a kiss from me. Have me a banana pudding waiting when I see you again! ❤️
