Thank you all so much for all of the kind words, love & support! A few have asked The Secret I followed Trim Healthy Mama, I never got the book but understood the concept. It was all diet - NO GYM - but I do play softball 2-4 times per week. I gained most of it after 40, eating terribly cookies, ice cream, chocolate, bread, candy, chips, French fries DAILY - I was so addicted to food. I can honestly say the cravings STOPPED within a week and I have eaten ANY crap since Easter, not even one bite. THM is like eating Atkins (high fat, protein and vegetables) but you can also have healthy whole grain carbs and fruit if you wait 3 hours between high fat meals. I just eat real food every time I get hungry. I dont feel deprived but best of all no cravings. I dont eat white bread, potato, pasta or white rice. No packaged foods, frozen or sugar free. The only fat free thing I do is milk. I eat real mayo, ranch, cheese. I snack on fruit, peanut butter, cheese, popcorn. Just watch when you eat the good carbs and fruit at least 3 hours before/after fats.
