Thank you all so much for the birthday wishes. I cannot thank you - TopicsExpress

Thank you all so much for the birthday wishes. I cannot thank you enough (though Im trying to as they come in my News Feed, haha). Words really cannot express the love I have for each of you both family and friends. Its always a fun day waking up to 100 notifications... thinking youre popular or one of your YouTube videos went viral and then you realize that its your Facebook birthday, haha. I know that a lot of the people that have posted on my timeline, Ive failed to do the same to you on your birthday and for that Im sorry. As I see old familiar names pop up on my timeline, I cannot help but smile at the wonderful and unique memories Ive had with all of you (like the time me and Ben played bball for countless hours than grabbed Taco Bell, the time I thought I installed the internet on Justins old Windows 95 PC while we were watching wresting on his Pay-Per-View, or even the time Tyler threw my first collegiate touchdown pass (yes that was in flag football). I could go on and on about each one of you and how youve played a significant role in my life. Now with a birthday as you know most of the times materialistic gifts come your way... its tradition, right? Well, out of every gift Ive ever received... the MacBook Pros, the GoPros, and all the you-knows... there is one gift that is preeminent over all and that is the free gift of salvation by grace through faith (Ephesians 2:8). This is nothing you can earn. Its not about how many Sundays youve gone to Church... not about how you havent cussed in awhile... not about how pure you are... not about how you havent seen an R-Rated movie unless its about the death and resurrection of Christ (haha)... so and so forth although doing good works is a part of it, you cannot earn it. Once God saves you, that should propel you to not want to do certain things and to want to do other things. This free gift came to me not on my birthday or even Christmas, because believe me... I wasnt looking for it. I was dead in my sins, and He made me alive. Thats the beauty of the Gospel... its that while we are at our worst (while we were sinners), Christ loves us and died for us. Though I will sin... though I will fail every one of you to a degree... its covered. Christ blood covers it. Now thats not to say well because Ive been forgiven, I can sin all the more. (Romans 6:1). I want to openly apologize for sinning against yall... ask for your forgiveness through my continued shortcomings... and ask for prayers as I continue to journey through life another year attempting my very best to bring glory to the King. He must increase, but I must decrease. - John 3:30 I love you all very much! Thank you again for being wonderful friends and the best family anyone could ask for. Yall are wonderful! :) https://youtube/watch?v=BVpLCnpuUYA
