Thank you all so much for the love and hugs this morning. Its been a rough day to top an already rough three weeks trying to fix the ongoing file registry issues on LTT. As you know, the delays on LTT have been utterly beyond my control, and beyond the control of the other two eretailers this book is on preorder with as a result. I just want to let you all know that Ive been doing absolutely everything I can, and similarly, all my reps at the other eretailers have also been doing everything they can with phone calls for days on end, paper bags of oxygen (seriously -- theyve been so wonderful), and preemptive customer update emails for you all to make these issues affect you folks as little as possible. Long story short, there is currently a stalemate on the issue but rather than push it forward any more, Ive made a concession. So, yes, as youve seen, LTT will now come through on Saturday for most of the eretailers, possibly Sunday on the last. Its been a frustrating few weeks dealing with this for so many reasons, the biggest being the delays it has resulted in for all of you. Its been killing me to make you all wait and though the latest development on this issue has made this just an awful, tear-filled day for me (after an amazing release day for the boxed set, no less), knowing that you all will still get the book on Saturday is the one smile Im holding on to. I love you guys. Thank you for helping me smile through my tears today.
