I continue to be amazed at how God has used and grown our ministry this past year with your support! A little about who we are… The Mercy Mall Mountain Home is a volunteer-based, community-funded, non-profit organization providing food, clothes, and other essentials to families in our community. We are trust based; following the principles Jesus laid out for us in caring for others. 100% of the funds we receive from people like you are used to provide necessities to our neighbors! Our volunteers worked over 2,400 hours in 2014 to distribute nearly 17,000 pounds of food to 1,095 families throughout the year! In addition, we were able to assist multiple families who lost homes to fire and had many successful Laundry of Love events (if you haven’t gone to one yet, you should)! I can only imagine what heights God will take us to this year, especially with continued support from people like you! We are quite excited about our first annual Mercy Mall Kayak Attack on Hunger fishing tournament, which is scheduled for May 9, 2015! Please pray for this event and contact me for more information or to learn how to become a part of this worthy cause. Ways you can help... we accept clean clothing of all sizes in good condition; personal care products are rare for us to come across & therefore are always appreciated; and of course, monetary donations! Since we are completely volunteer run, 100% of what we receive goes towards caring for our neighbors! And we are able to stretch every dollar since we place our food orders through the food bank!
