Thank you beautiful people for coming down to division street on Thursday and being part of our Takeover Festival. Were still counting the takings right now, but expect an announcement over the next week so you know exactly what youve helped us to acheive! Also, a HUGE thank you to everybody else that has been involved in Oxjam Sheffield this year, the artists, venues, and all the volunteers. Theres literally way too many to tag here, but our core team have been supported by external venue reps, stage managers, sound engineers, graphic designers, printers, Oxfam retail staff, photographers, film-makers and on the night marketers/fundraisers and events assistants (and maaaany more), ALL of whom worked on a voluntary basis to help us succed in raising as much for Oxjam as possible. BUT WAIT... Weve still one more event left!! This time next week, on Sunday 2nd November, were holding a Fashion Evening, which includes local shops, make up artists, models and musicians.
