Thank you everyone. It is a kidney stone. We just found out Johnny has an abnormality called a horseshoe kidney. Both his kidneys are connected. Which sometimes makes a stone more difficult. It shouldnt pose any other problems, its uncommon but alot of people have it. He will follow up with urologist next week but for now pain meds and fluids. He should be able to go home in few hours if urine test ok. Power of prayer.
