Thank you for allowing me to be a part of this group. I can see looking through some of the threads that my wife and I have already been discussed in at least one of the threads. I completely understand the caution when wanting to talk to politicians, especially around election time. Honestly, Im not a politician in the normal sense of the word. I am a maintenance man. I manage a facility in phoenix. I am actually more concerned that people exercise their right to vote, and less concerned about who they vote for. What I have said in my blog is absolutely true. My wife and I have rescued many cats (Misty, Ichibahn, Demeter, Patches, Squeeker, Speckles, Nanook, Puffy, Marbles, Boots, Ginger, Cordeilia, Dominicana) and 3 dogs (Michelle, Sasha, Joey) over the past 20 years. We have never bought pets, and are against stores and people that breed for cash. Cara and I were actually invited as candidates to be at the candle light vigil that happened last Saturday, but we felt that people would take that as a publicity stunt and that was the last thing we wanted to do. We paid our respects to the #Gilbert23 privately earlier that day, as I said in our blog. We did notice that one other politician from our district did show up to the candle light vigil, and ended up on the news. That isnt our way. Please feel free to talk to us privately or publicly about what ever is on your mind. We enjoy good conversation :)
